I haven’t written a Life Lately post in ages so let’s catch up, shall we? 🙂

We’ve been super busy lately (but I guess that’s par for the course with three little kids) and whilst I love the holiday season, I’m actually looking forward to things slowing down in January too! A nice little reprieve from the busyness of summer and the hustle and bustle of fall/winter holidays.

I said to Eric yesterday, I feel like I’m usually just treading water trying to keep on top of everything–and then the holiday season just pushes me past that limit and I’m forever playing catch-up. It won’t always be this way, especially as e/A/K get older. Although it didn’t really feel like it… It rained, snowed and has been in the 30s/40s and otherwise cloudy all week.

Tbh this will probably be a very short post as this mom is very short on energy and motivation at the moment–I woke up with a splitting headache after being awake for an hour overnight. I think it’s time to resurrect my morning espresso habit. TGIF!… Read More »

Somehow it’s already Friday again and here I am writing another Life Lately post! I’m squeezing it in between little A’s dentist appointment, cleaning out my inbox (slash dealing with all the emails I’ve put off responding to for two weeks #oops), and a virtual dinner with Eric’s parents. Because for me blogging is like writing a bike–the more I do it, the more I will do it.
