I know that people have mixed opinions on whether or not the girl should help her future fiance pick her engagement ring. Missing the Woods

Hey, you! I’m still here. The past month has been very busy with travel, a new job, making holiday plans and working on our wedding, but I’m going to try to make an effort to write more regularly. Even if it’s not strictly about green living, which I don’t have a whole lot of updates about for you right now! Taking a trip to Yosemite? Here are our best recommendations for hiking and photography!Happy last week of August, folks! Can you believe we’re already two-thirds of the way through 2017?! That may or may not have been what spurred us to break from our usual lazy weekend routine and get out of the apartment for a day trip yesterday. I posted a picture on Instagram, but in case you missed it, we drove eight hours round-trip to hike in Yosemite and it was totally worth it.

Today, I thought I’d recap our trip and give you our suggestions for sightseeing and hiking in the park!
